LaCole Foots is the President of Jodon Maclem, a newly launching socially conscious management and analytics firm. The firm's vision is to help service sector organizations in the execution of their strategy; supported by strong data connections, actionable analysis for insightful decision making, and customized implementation support. Before launching Jodon Maclem, LaCole was an SDP Data Fellow in Cohort 10 working as a data strategist and performance manager for the Texas Education Agency. Her capstone analyzed the teacher production pipeline and the importance of cultivating diversity in the teaching profession. Throughout her career, she has served public sector clients in multiple industries as a senior consultant at Deloitte after receiving her Masters of Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
