This year’s conference theme, "Strength in Numbers," is a celebration of a decade of data-informed progress from across our network and an opportunity to discuss our future direction. Join us for our 10th-anniversary celebration. We will look back at the evidence-informed progress we’ve made as a sector but also look forward to the pressing issues of the day. This year the event will take place at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA from May 20–22, 2019.

 Andy Baxter is a vice president and senior consulting manager at Public Impact. He covers a broad range of Public Impact’s focal areas, including Opportunity Culture implementation, data, assessment, and accountability. Before joining Public Impact, Dr. Baxter was vice president for educator effectiveness for the Southern Regional Education Board.

Andy Baxter was also an inaugural Strategic Data Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. He is a William C. Friday Fellow for Human Relations in North Carolina. Dr. Baxter holds a Ph.D. in public policy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a master’s degree in divinity and B.A. in public policy from Duke University.
